This next shot shows completely different light conditions to the previous. The sun had just set and shooting into the light produced this slightly underexposed, but beautifully coloured shot. Im not that convinced by the composition, but I think I just about get away with it.
Shortly after taking this I plonked my tripod down in the see for the next shot, only to find my shutter release taking a quick dip. Its now fried. I then got hit by a wave which drenched my non-weather proof camera. I thought that was the end of my faithful 350d for a moment, but alas it survived.
I think this shot needs a bit of simplification. Comsidering you have already used a long shutter to illiminate the wave action there certainly is a lot going on here. There are just too many rock for my likeing and I dont really see any flow to the shot. As toby said the tones are wonderful though.
Cheers man. The tones are definately the strong point. The shot i was taking as i got hit by the wave is like this but the rock is futher to the left. Its completely underexposed and out of focus = useless.

Like it though.
